WHY EXERCISE?

 

Our bodies were meant to move -- they actually crave exercise. Regular exercise is necessary to maintain good health and to help you stay physically fit. Exercise reduces the risk of heart disease, cancer, high blood pressure, type II diabetes and other diseases. It can improve your appearance and delay the aging process. Exercise reduces stress, lifts moods, and helps you sleep better. Even better - It can keep you looking and feeling younger throughout your entire life!

HAVE A SCHEDULE! If you always exercise on the same days at the same time, your routine will become a fixture in your life, not a whim. Whether you walk, swim, run, bike or go to a gym for a more intense workout, you have to start to make it happen!

WHY WATER?
 

Research says dehydration can affect your mood and make you grumpy and confused. Think clearer and be happier by drinking more water. Water also serves as the body's transportation system. When we are dehydrated things just can't get around as well. 

 

Drinking water helps the skin do it's job by regulating the body's temperature through sweating. Water also helps dissolve minerals and nutrients so that they are more accessible to the body, as well as helping transport waste products out of the body. So whether it's to knock back a headache, make your skin glow or feed you body, remember:
